So I recovered from the flu (yay!) in time to go to Syracuse, NY this weekend for my cousin’s wedding! It was a fun weekend, though between the flu last week and being away this weekend I feel like I’m behind on everything! So this week is going to be playing catch-up.
On Friday my parents and I drove from Boston to Syracuse (6ish hours), checked into our hotel, then went to the rehearsal dinner at a restaurant called Dinosaur, which is famous for its BBQ-style food.

On Saturday afternoon before the wedding I got to meet up with Her Campus writer Cassie K who goes to Syracuse! Cassie and I became friends this past summer through the ASME internship program in NYC- Cassie interned at Family Circle, and I interned at SELF.

Then Saturday night was the wedding! Congratulations to my cousin Jamie and his wife Lexi!

Sunday we drove back to Boston where it is SNOWING (a little early?)! This weekend was fun but I’m happy to be back in Cambridge and flu-free! Hope you had a good weekend too!
