4 Easy at Home Workouts to Get That Summer Body

As much as it doesn’t feel like summer right now, it’s right around the corner! We had a long cold winter of hibernating in our snuggies, while watching Empire and eating popcorn. However, the sun will be peaking out from the clouds soon and we need to make sure we are looking right and tight for our bikinis so we can catch a tan on the beach.  So don’t stress, I got your back with 4 easy at home workouts to get your body moving.

 

1.      Squats (15 to 20 daily)

We all want that firm butt just like Beyonce so what better way to get it then doing squats. It not only firms your rear end but tones your inner thighs, quads, hamstrings and calves.

 

2.      Planks (10 to 15 seconds daily)

 Let’s just say planks are easily one of the hardest workouts ever. This single move can get you abs alone. Planks strengthen your         whole body from your shoulders to your lower back to your calves.

 

3.      Bicycle Crunches (10 to 20)

Bicycle crunches are a great way for building your core and tightening your thighs. When you feel the burn you will finally feel like you are doing something right.

 

4.      Jumping jacks (20-30)

Remember back in middle school when we had to do endless amounts of jumping jacks just so we can go play. Well it is coming back to save you. It not only gets the hear rate pumping but, a lot sheds off calories.
