The High Holy days (some of the most important Jewish holidays) are right around the corner and it’s a perfect time to highlight and support some of the Jewish people who make content for the world to see. These are just five of my personal favorites, but there are so many more, so feel free to use this as a jumping off point into the world of Jewish content creators.
- @mattxiv
You might have seen a couple of Matt’s posts go viral; he has the tendency to do that. Matt is a queer Jewish content creator who mainly focuses on educating people about LGBTQ+ issues. They do occasionally poke fun at the people aiming to bring the community down, and his page radiates good vibes all around.

If you go to jewishlgbt’s account, you’ll find posts covering all sorts of Jewish issues. Her page is a great place to go if you want to educate yourself on Jewish issues and since she covers such a wide range of topics, you might be surprised with what you see discussed. She most recently spoke out against Yeshiva university and their recent decision to not recognize an LGBTQ+ group on campus

- @jewitches
On her account, jewitches talks about how Judaism and practicing magic intersect (I know, hard to guess from her handle). She has a shop and a blog you can support her in addition to her TikTok and Instagram. She also talks a fair bit about Jewish mythology and the creatures that are part of the lore of Judaism. She does deep dives into some of the creatures and it’s really interesting to learn about a different culture’s mythos.

- @jakecohen
Jake is a Jewish content creator who focuses on baking. He bakes traditional Jewish cuisine, such as Challah, but he adds his own spin on it. He also bakes things that aren’t specifically Jewish, so there’s something for everyone. My personal favorite dish that he’s made is the apples and honey upside down cake and I’m excited to try it out for Rosh Hashanah.

Julia’s Instagram is an eye-pleasing look into her life. Of the people on the list, she is the one to use social media the most “casually”. However, she still talks about Jewish issues as well as others on her page from time to time. She also has a shop where she sells candles based off films and TV shows.

Hopefully this article introduced you to some new, awesome content creators who you’re interested in following and maybe you even found your new favorite creator. Remember to not just support Jewish people during the High Holy days, or any other holiday, but extend that support throughout the year.
