Emma Chamberlain’s Birth Chart Makes SO Much Sense

As if we didn’t already love her enough, Emma Chamberlain decided it was high time she get her birth chart read professionally. The tried and true Gemini powerhouse, and style icon, sat down with astrology’s first lady and founder of Astrology Zone, Susan Miller, to get read with Interview Magazine —astrologically, that is.

After making her way to fame through YouTube, modeling, and personal branding — the Gen Z Louis ambassador has earned her spot amongst the stars. And we don’t think this reading could’ve made any more sense (Co-Star has nothing on it).

As an astrology girlie myself, I wanted to dig a little deeper into Chamberlain’s chart. Using Miller’s online takes and Joanna Martine Woolfolk’s novel, The Only Astrology Book You’ll Ever Need, I’ve broken down every part of Chamberlain’s big six — so you can get to know her even better than when she posted her entire mental breakdown mid-2020.

Sun in Gemini

Sun in Gemini bodes well for anyone who relies on social media for their career, like Chamberlain. Gemini suns are clever, quick to action, and bursting with creativity. Being born under this sign means Chamberlain will never burn out of ideas, which is great news for everyone.

Gemini is also ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication, and categorized as an air sign. This means those with this placement adapt fast and handle stressful situations well. As a skilled communicator and adapter Chamberlain can justify any action and defend any position with the gift of her persuasion.

Even if she’s using it to convince people to spend $25 on a mystery scrunchie.

Moon in Taurus

The moon is usually unpredictable and erratic, so the stable Taurus balances its energy. Chamberlain’s Gemini sun is full of kinetic energy, but her Taurus moon also makes sure that it’s not all play and no work.

Chamberlain’s sensitive, sensual side comes out here. Additionally, Her hooded, striking eyes and chic aesthetic come from here. We can see her Taurus moon in videos where she opens up to her audience and speaks frankly about mental health issues, while somehow making sure everyone still laughs a little.

A Gemini sun and Taurus moon? No wonder she’s on the cover of Vogue to advertise her own fashion line.

Mercury in Gemini

Mercury oversees communication and technology — two things very important to Chamberlain’s career. With yet another Gemini placement in her chart, this further enforces her strong communication skills and her ability to express herself uniquely.

Mercury in Gemini has fun with their words and makes an engaging speaker. People under this sign can fall into conversation with all different types of people easily. They’re indiscriminate with who they share their intellect with, which probably explains how she got that Met Gala gig.

Venus in Aries

Ah, Venus. The planet of romantic love and relationships. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. It’s a leader by nature and likes to dominate whenever (and whoever) it can.

Having Venus in Aries might not align too well with what we think of Chamberlain since she’s kept her relationship with Tucker Pillsbury, a.k.a. ROLE MODEL, famously quiet. But let’s not forget she went public with that relationship earlier this year at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party and then again on her podcast, and then again on her Insta. She’s made sure to show off her new beau.

Mars in Sagittarius

Mars is the planet of energy, action, and sex. Meaning: a Sagittarius Mars takes charge. Chamberlain, and others with this sign, like to keep things positive on the surface but need to warm up to others before it’s time to get deep. They control the conversation and like to set their own agendas.

Her new home is dripping in luxury items and chock-full of Chamberlain’s own personal architectural touches. Like, did you see her personalized PB & J painting over her chain chandelier?

Jupiter in Gemini

In astrology, the planet Jupiter heals and gifts those born under it. As a symbol of wealth and luck, Chamberlain once again was destined to excel in writing, speaking, and media. Opportunities come to Geminis in Jupiter when they are social, open-minded, and versatile.

Famous or not, Chamberlain is one of us and we can read her chart just like ours. So next time you’re freaking out, don’t panic. Pour yourself a Chamberlain cold brew and ask yourself — WWED: What Would Emma Do.
