If youâre a college student, Halloween costumes can seem to be the last priority to focus on and put on the back burner while you juggle school, work, and life in general. This past summer, the highly-anticipated biopic Elvis, directed by Baz Luhrmann and starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanks, rocked box offices nationwide.Â
