Whether you’re vegan or not, everyone will adore this chili. It is healthy, yet indulgent, making it the perfect meal for the cold weather.
Ingredients:
● ½ package of meatless crumbles
● 1 sweet onion, chopped
● 1 green pepper, chopped
● 1 red pepper, chopped
● 1 orange pepper, chopped
● 1 yellow pepper, chopped
● 2 packages of chili seasoning (McCormick)
● 2 15 oz cans of Contadina sauce
● 2 cans of tomatoes with chilis
● 1 can dark kidney beans (w/ juice)
● 1 can light kidney beans (w/ juice)
● Toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese
Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a greased crock pot.
2. Cook on low for six hours, stirring occasionally.
3. Add toppings if desired and enjoy!
