I love Oreo pudding pie, and it is a great dessert to have anytime of the year. Instead of having apple or pumpkin pie this holiday season, switch it up and have Oreo pudding pie instead! Here is a great recipe I found that is sure to leave you wanting more!
Ingredients
- 2 packages of cookies-and-creme flavored instant pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups of cold milk
- 1 tub of COOL WHIP
- 1 chocolate cookie crumb crust (Can also use a graham cracker crumb crust)
- 5 thin vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, cut in half
How to Make It
- Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk for two minutes. Stir in half of the COOL WHIP.
- Pour into crust.
- Refrigerate for four hours or until firm. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and cookies just before serving.
