It’s starting to get cold outside, and you know what that means – time to break out the seasonal Yankee Candles. Most of their scents are associated with Christmas, but I put together a list that are both holiday and everyday scents that can make your home smell like the season of snow and hot chocolate.

  1. The first up is Christmas Cookie: This candle makes it smell like you just baked a tray of delicious sugar cookies to decorate and enjoy. If you are a lover of the holiday season and want a scent to remind you of how you put out cookies for Santa as a kid, then this is the candle for you.
  1. Midsummer’s Night: This candle has the sweet, earthy tones that make you feel like you are sitting by the fire in a cozy log cabin.
  1. Christmas Eve Cocoa: This, like the name describes, smells like the warm, delicious hot chocolate that you enjoy every winter. Light this candle and tell me it doesn’t make you want to get yourself a mug of hot chocolate with mini marshmallows.
  1. Snow in Love: This candle is the embodiment of a winter wonderland. The clean and woodsy tones make you feel like you are sledding down the hill through the snow, the smell of the pine trees hitting you as you pass them.
  1. Snow Globe Wonderland: The fresh scent mixed with hints of mint, eucalyptus and nutmeg leave you feeling like you are in a snow globe.
  1. Holiday Hearth: For those who love the snappy scent of cinnamon, this candle is for you. It has a warm, cinnamon scent mixed with sweet vanilla for a classic Christmas candle that everyone can enjoy.
  1. Tree Farm Festival: This one has the earthy tones of a pine forest. If your Christmas tree doesn’t already give you that nice, fresh, earthy scent, then this candle definitely will. After lighting this candle, you will want to go get your tree for sure.
  1. Evergreen Mist: Here is another candle for those who love the fresh scents of pine trees mixed with some Douglas fir and evergreen bark. There are also hints of vanilla and balsam so your house will feel warm and peaceful with this clean, fresh smelling candle.
  1. Frosty Gingerbread: The gingerbread cookie is a classic Christmas treat and this candle’s ginger and cinnamon scent will make your house feel festive and warm.
  1. Finally, the tenth candle is Candy Cane Lane: The sweet peppermint scent mixed with hints of caramel and vanilla will make you feel like you traveled through the candy cane forest instead of Buddy the Elf.

There are so many great smelling candles for the holidays and winter season at Yankee Candle and so many more than just the ten on this list, so I hope you take a trip to Yankee Candle and stock up on your favorite scents for the season.
