I recently went to Miami and stopped into this cute little boutique-esque store. It looked like your typical high-end yoga apparel store. There were leggings, zip-ups, tops, sports bras, yoga mats, bags, purses, and so much more!Â
Now, I am a mid to large size woman, with a large chest. So typically, nothing in this area ever fits me as it should, and feels comfortable. Usually, the garments either don’t have any support, or room for my chest. And for bottoms — especially leggings — I feel like there’s always some issue. Whether they’re too sheer, no room for the butt, no room in the crotch giving a camel toe, the waist sits wrong, and more. However, this brand doesn’t do any of that. It sits exactly where you want and doesn’t ride up anywhere, and is actually true to your size. The tops also actually fit me and look great!Â
The owner used to be a yoga teacher and would always listen to his group’s conversations about how they had small issues with their clothing. So he decided to take the big brand name yoga pants companies and copy what the people loved about them, but updated what they didn’t like to make it better. He patented a small triangle piece in the crotch of the pants to give women the room they need to be comfortable without any pulling.Â
The garment I bought is a one-piece romper type of look. It is as if spandex shorts and a tank top were one piece. First my chest and thighs actually fit in it. There’s no cutting, bulging, or sagging. It’s full coverage and not see-through. The waistline sits in a very flattering place. The back is just gorgeous — it has crisscross straps down the whole back for a basically fully opened back — and the straps sit exactly where you want them, so there’s no back fat that gets cut in any way or anything like that. I love how versatile it all is. I feel like I can work out in it, slap a cute skirt on, and go out in it. Or, slap a cute sweater or crewneck sweatshirt on top, and hang out in it. It feels like my own skin. I feel almost naked in it, but in a good way, not in an exposed way. It moves with my body. You know how some pants when you sit down kind of go low in the back, or when you stand up you have to lift your pants back up or any number of other things? Well, this just moves with your body, no need to readjust all day!Â
Anyways, it’s safe to say I am in love with this brand and any day will pay any sort of money to have these leggings over Fabletics, Athleta, or Lululemon! I would fly down to Miami again just to buy more clothes, except that I don’t have to because they have a website! But just a fair warning, not everything is on their website or Instagram yet because they are still very new.
