Listen to a Productivity Podcast

Podcasts are a fantastic method of boosting your morale and helping you remain motivated. The best part about them is that you can listen while you are out walking, driving, or while you are doing anything. For boosted productivity, you should listen to a podcast emphasizing the importance of mental health, study tips, meditation, organization, and other informative topics.

Keep a Journal

Keeping a journal through your spring break is another great way to stay productive until your return to school. By doing so, you are exercising your brain and writing skills. It’s important to document your ideas, thoughts, emotions, and your aspirations, as you can use them for eventual self-reflection. You can keep track of your entries in an online document or a physical notebook, so there is no excuse not to write how you feel this spring break!

Get Ahead on Work

Nothing is more stressful than coming back to school with multiple assignments due in the coming days. With no worries from classes, use your spare time to get ahead on your work. One more assignment you complete over break is one less assignment that you will have to complete when you return to school!

Go Outdoors

Being outdoors can help you focus on more positive emotions, improve your memory and your ability to multitask and concentrate. Walking, jogging or cycling in the fresh air gets your lungs and heart working, helping you to feel far more productive than if you were to stay in bed.

Go For a Hot Girl Walk

Hot girl walks give individuals a time to themselves they can utilize to focus inward on their goals, values, and the person they want to be. Hot girl walks enable individuals to experience both a mental boost and a physical boost, as you are exercising and practicing thinking positively.
