With Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas right around the corner were starting to see the 2023 holiday makeup collections being teased or released soon. I’m here to guide you along the 2023 holiday makeup collections. Buckle up because there lots to get through.
Halloween Makeup Collections
First up is going to be Casper the friendly Ghost X Profusion collection that is coming to your local Walgreens. This collection includes a casper the ghost mirror, a holographic makeup bag, an eye and face brush set, 2 highlighters, glow in the dark makeup sponge duo, and an illuminating primer and setting spray. To top all that off the packaging is glow in the dark.
Next up is the Book of Hexes nail polish collection from Lights Lacquer. There is going to be 4 polish colors in the shades something wicked, Tru blood, Brujita, and Dark arts. They also have black magic nail art tattoos and a magnetic magic wand. This comes in a full bundle or you can buy individual parts.
Laneige is brining a new flavor of their popular lip sleeping mask for halloween. The flavor is Carmel apple. For Christmas Laniege is also adding a peppermint lip sleeping mask flavor. Both are currently selling in Europe and Canada.
For this next collection ColorPop has out done themselves again. They are doing a haunted mansion theme. To start off the collection they have a Foolish Mortal eyeshadow pallet. Next is 4 new supershock shadows in the shades Creepin’, Eyeing you, Staring you down, and Frightful. Ultra Matte lip colors in shades Beware, Hitch a ride, and Summoned spirits. This also includes an Ultra Glossy Lip which is a Ph- color changing formula. Last but not least is a gel body glitter that glows in the dark.
This next collection may not seem like a halloween collaboration but totally is. It is Mad Beauty X Warner brothers movie Gremlins. Here we have a shower cap, cotton candy lip balm, a body puff, sleep mask, an eyeshadow pallet, and sheet face mask. Anyone else think they look cuter here than the movie?
We have another nail polish collection. The famous Halo Taco will be doing a collaboration with Safiya to bring us new halloween nail polishes. This includes colors Spirit Fingers, Brucie, Feeling Fiendish, Bat B*tch, Berry me in holo. This bundle also comes with a black crystal nail file and black bat loose glitter.
SheGlam is the next to give us an out of this world collection. There will be an alien mood pallet with 12 matte and metallic shades. Milky Way Eyeliner pencils in shades Dark Matter, Andromeda, Rocket Ship, and Exocomet. They are also having 2 Hi-beam mini matte lipstick sets. The first is called Stella with colors Luna, Lyra, Vega, and Orion. The second set is called Novo with colors, Draco, Aurora, Atlas, and Celeste. There is also a lunar glow highlighter and interstellar beauty sponge. If you buy the entire bundle then it also comes with cool alien glasses.
This next one has to be my personal favorite. Plousie is giving 2 new eyeshadow pallets called book of spells. They are a double sided pallet each with different colors from the rainbow.
Lights Lacquer is doing it again but this time giving us a villain era themed nail polish set. The colors are frenemies, sorry not sorry, Bite me!, unfortunate souls, limited edition Boo you Wh*re, and Anti-hero.You can also get limited edition nail art, venom ring, and double trouble ring.
Another favorite one is the Wet n Wild X Scooby Doo available at Walmart. Included is a Scooby Doo! Where are you? eyeshadow pallet, G-G-Ghost Glitter pallet and brush set, Rug-Roh! 3 piece nail polish set, glow in the dark makeup bag, glow madness glow in the dark face and body crayons, Scooby night a 3 piece glow in the dark brush set, Damsels not in distress 2 piece retractable eyeliner set, Puppy Power! cream blush, Lip crayons, Mystery slime lip mask, hand mirror and keychains set, shimmery liquid eyeliner, and glow in the dark makeup sponge. That’s a lot of glow in the dark.
Everyone has seen the show Wednesday right? Well I haven’t but this Kitsch X Wednesday collab makes me want too. This includes a Nevermore scrunch set, checkered claw clip set, Nevermore Bow hair tie set, goth snap clips, and goth veil headband.
We have another Wednesday collab on our hands folks. This comes from Hard candy X Wednesday. This includes, eyeshadow pallets, pressed glitter pallets, black mascara, different color liquid eyeliners, makeup removing pad, lip liners, and press on nails.
As always it wouldn’t be halloween without a ghost face collab. Glamlite X ghost face is the next collab. We have a mirror, blood red lip kit, and and eyeshadow pallet.
Another collab we are seeing this halloween is nightmare before Christmas X Melt cosmetics. This collection has 8 pieces inspired by fans favorite moments from the movie. We see a halloween town eyeshadow pallet, 2 Ulta matte lipsticks in colors Lock shack & barrel and Pumpkin king, 2 gel liners in shades master of freight and terrible vision, True love never dies digital dust highlighter, halloween town mirror, and a double sided halloween town bag.
This one can be a bit controversial but Jefferee Star cosmetics is releasing the gothic beach collection. The collection includes Gothic Beach pallet, Gothic Diamonds extreme frost trio, gothic beach SPF, vampire blur and cool face stick, and Beach proof eye mascara. There will also be a line of merchandise with this release like beach towel, hoodies, picnic blanket, tumbler, umbrella, hand mirror, fishnets, and clear bag.
Advent Calendars
Advent Calendars are the highlight of everyones count down to Christmas so here are the first look at them. Tell us which one you want this holiday season?
This year Charlotte Tilbury is putting out a 12 drawer calendar. They haven’t yet said what’s going to be inside them.

As always we have to start with the Sephora Holiday Must have. Urban Decay will release new moondust pallets. The first pallet is space cowboy and the second is galetic cowgirl.

There is rumors Partick Ta will have a holiday colection. In this collection so far there’s a face and eye pallet and a plumping lip gloss. As well the new glitter eye toppers might make an appearance.
The Charlotte Tilbury holiday has a lot to it. The hand sanitizer that has swept the beauty world this year will also have a holiday set. Touchland is going to release a 5 piece set lowermost set. It doesn’t include any holiday scents but some of the original scents we love will be included.
Last and certainly not let we have the Givenchy collection. This of course has to include there popular loose setting powder, eyeshadow pallet #10, 2 liquid highlighters, and 3 lipsticks in shades L’interdi, Nude Euphoria, and Nude Boise.
