The time has come. Hot girl summer came and went. A series of festivals, boyfriends, spontaneous trips and questionable decisions formed a chaotic season. But the fun doesn’t have to end. Here’s how to have a hot girl fall in the season of all things pumpkin-spiced, movie-nights and cute fall fits.

  1. Take yourself to a concert

Nothing is more therapeutic and cutesy girly than going to a concert, dancing like you’re the main character in a movie and spending quality time with friends… or alone. Fun fact: I went alone to see Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Five Seconds of Summer. Granted, it was more due to my last-minute nature, but I always have the time of my life at concerts. Recently, I went to see Maisie Peters. I didn’t know many of her songs going in, but I left a Maisie Peters stan. I also waited outside the concert and met her afterward, so that was a slay.

  1. Have a hot girl dinner party

POV: It’s Thursday night, and the girlies are reuniting after a long week and before the upcoming weekend. What better way to spill the tea and give all the necessary updates than a pasta night with wine, cocktails, mocktails and an iconic Disney original movie on the screen? I recommend “Hannah Montana: The Movie,” “Cow Bells,” “Princess Protection Program” and “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.”

  1. Take a hot girl walk

I’m the first person to feel like I need people around me all the time, but sometimes it’s nice just to put on your headphones, play your favorite hot girl playlist, and stroll down the streets of Boston. I highly recommend taking yourself to fun weekend flea markets such as SoWa Open Market and buying new jewelry, posters or cool vintage jackets. I also recommend listening to “Material Girl” by Madonna or “Up” by Cardi B while on your hot girl walk.

  1. Take yourself hot girl dancing

Whether it’s a party, club, workout class or in your living room, blasting hype music and dancing by yourself or with friends is a fantastic way to let loose. Feel free, and channel your inner pop star! I’d highly recommend anything by Shakira, Bad Bunny, One Direction or some Britney Spears.

  1. Read a hot girl book

There’s something so real and transformative about reading a book that just speaks to you. Whether it’s for the aesthetic of being curled up in a cute cafe with a warm hot pumpkin-spiced latte in one hand and a book in the other, or simply wanting to get lost, reading is such an underrated gem. As an avid hopeless romantic, I recommend the books “Happy Place,” “People We Meet on Vacation,” “Good Girl Complex,” “One to Watch,” “One Last Stop” and “The Paris Connection.”

  1. Take yourself shopping

Whether or not you actually want to buy anything, taking yourself window shopping is a great way to spend time with yourself and feel good in the process. Now, head on the T, grab some coffee, go shopping and then sit at a cute cafe romanticizing your life. Enjoy!
