I Tried Kiala Greens & NGL, I Get The Hype

I don’t know about you, but the organic dietary supplement Kiala has been flourishing all over my feed — and they are for a reason. With flavors like Tropical Splash, Mixed Berry, Lemon Drop, Watermelon Slush, Carnival Candy, Orange Sherbet, Green Apple, Strawberry Swirl, and now Miami Vice, Kiala Greens might just be the digestive drink of the summer.

So, with all of the talk around this viral beverage, I tried Kiala Greens for myself — and absolutely loved the delicious taste! I’ve never really been one for jumping on the debloating powders bandwagon. Even though I see them on my FYP all of the time, I’ve always been super skeptical about these supplements. However, ever since my bestie introduced me to Kiala, and these greens have been a game-changer.

Sometimes adding greens to your diet can be gritty, but Kiala’s smooth-powdered recipe has a great texture. With “great taste [and] greater benefits” for everyone, this dairy, gluten, and soy-free mix is still full of flavor and fun. To make the best out of the 30 servings per container, add one scoop to a glass of cold water and stir well. Although you can take Kiala Greens at any time, it’s recommended to find a consistent time each day to see the best results.

What are Kiala Greens made of?

Kiala Greens has made daily nutrition so much easier. Crafted with top-quality organic fibers and enzymes, this blend of supergreens and antioxidants claims to help your digestive system run smoothly. It’s said to aid in breaking down food, moving it efficiently through your system, and reducing discomfort for optimal digestive health. Goodbye stomach pains, hello healthy gut! To maximize nutrient absorption, Kiala recommends drinking the bevvy on an empty stomach: I took mine in the morning before breakfast and loved feeling good in my body before the day even started.

Mixed with organic fruits and vegetables plus some essential minerals and vitamins, a combination of Greens and Spectra antioxidant blends helps to strengthen your immune system. Consistently incorporating this into your routine is said to give your body the support it needs to fend off illnesses, keeping you feeling your best all year long. Personally, I’ve noticed a difference since I’ve been drinking Kiala — I found it helping me stay strong, especially when dealing with seasonal allergies.

Does Kiala increase energy?

Kiala is made with natural ingredients, so it provides a sustained energy boost that keeps you active and focused all day long. Say goodbye to caffeine crashes and sugar rushes — Kiala allows you to power through your days with ease. I definitely felt rejuvenated after drinking Kiala to start my mornings.

Aside from all of the inside benefits of Kiala, each sip of the greens supplement is packed with vitamins A, C, and E along with antioxidants — and this blend is said to be your secret weapon for achieving clear, radiant skin.

Obviously, what works well for others might not necessarily work for you. For me, trying out Kiala Greens was definitely worth a shot. With its smooth blend of top-quality organic ingredients, Kiala Greens makes it easy to prioritize daily nutrition without sacrificing taste or convenience.

Whether you’re soaking up the sun or taking on that new summer job, Kiala can keep you fueled and feeling fantastic all day long. So, why not kickstart your summer with Kiala? I just snagged a container of Tropical Splash, and I can’t wait to dive into a season of feeling my best.
