I love a colorful and fun makeup look. Makeup is a way I can truly express myself — no rules, no limits, just a shimmery look to get heads turning in class. A few weeks ago, bluePRint PR sent me some makeup products from af94 and I’m so grateful for my colorful goodies. I’ve spent the last week glowing with every step I take after using these products, so here is my review on af94.

It Takes 2 Bronzer + Highlighter duo

AKA: my new holy grail. This is quite literally one of the coolest, yet most simple products I own. One swipe and I’m bronzed and highlighted in all the right areas. It’s shaped to hit your high points with the highlight, and the bronzer follows along under it. I’m actually obsessed.

Playdate (glow) cheek + lip color

No way are my lips touched up and my cheeks blushing with one product, somebody pinch me. Actually, don’t, because this is reality! The glow products also have a bit of highlight to them making you glow to the gods. Specific shout out to the shade “If you dare.” This was one of the first products I tested with a friend who specifically asked if af94 was cruelty-free, and after seconds of research, we found that it’s both vegan and cruelty-free.

Lava Lust lip stain

Before using this, I had never used a lip stain, but it really stains. I put this on before a concert then glossed up (with “Give em lip”) and I couldn’t believe that it was still on after the show. My favorite part of this product is the packaging. It sort of reminds me of a lava lamp when you shake it up.

Swirl’d Liquid Marble Eyeshadow

These eyeshadows are the definition of a colorful shimmery look. A little goes a long way with this product and I found myself not needing much to achieve the look I wanted. I’ve been using a thin line brush to give myself eyeliner with this. These have been the most fun to experiment with.

While those were my favorite items, I do want to talk about the variety of products this brand has. Their “eye crayons” and “lip crayons” have been very amusing because you are your own personal coloring book with these in your hand. The acid patches are fun, trendy, and they clear your acne. Sign me up.

Being aimed towards Gen Z, af94 is doing it right. Every item on their website is $10 or less, can be found in Ulta and Walmart stores, is cruelty-free, and is super high in quality. It’s also one of the more unique brands I’ve used as the packaging is so simple, yet the products can take you miles.
