You always go from nice to mean
Leaving me to guess what you could actually be.
It isn’t fair to me,
And for your kindness I find myself in a constant plea.
Your friendship comes and goes,
And I stick around despite your constant blows.
However, it’s only a matter of time
Before I realize this friendship is not meant to last a lifetime.
One day I won’t be there to answer your calls,
And you’ll be stuck behind my built-up walls.
I’ll no longer feel bad because of your inconsistency,
And my life will now lack much of its irritability.
