Makeup and skincare:
Since chapped lips are never in! I want to give a shout out to the  Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask- because it soothes and moisturizes and can be used as a chapstick! Kind of pricey but lasts a long time! Plus there are a variety of “flavors, “to choose from.

Books:
For those who love to read and want to get into the spooky szn properly, I would highly recommend “Things We Say In The Dark” by Kirsty Logan. It’s basically a collection of dark contemporary feminist stories, exploring the fears of women in the form of dark fairy tales to frightening ghost stories. If you are into dark tales and aren’t afraid of the dark- then this book might be for you! It is incredibly well written but very dark and graphic so be forewarned.Â

For my gals that prefer to avoid horror stories, I would highly recommend the book “Eat, Pray, Love” by Elizabeth Gilbert this month. I just finished it and just adored Gilbert’s style of writing, and overall varying themes. She talks all about self-discovery, love, mental health, peace, self-actualization, healing, spirituality/religion, and delicious food. These are all concepts that every human undergoes and actively thinks about, which is why I think everyone should read it at least once in their life. It is definitely an easy read, but will certainly make you think as we begin to dive into the holiday season.
