Get ? your ? produce ? at ? TJ’s ? It’s cheaper than bigger grocery stores and they source locally as often as they can, which means you know it’s fresh. Here’s our go-to list:
1. Bananas
2. Berries
3. Sweet Potatoes
4. Greens – spinach, lettuce, arugula, kale, etc. (at TJ’s, most of this is pre-packaged and pre-washed, so it’s ideal for your dorm room fridge)
5. Tomatoes (sourced locally on Long Island)
6. Cucumbers (sourced locally on Long Island)

3. Trader Joe’s Three Layer Hummus – Traditional, Cilantro Jalepeño, and Spicy
4. Trader Joe’s Avocado Tzatziki Dip
5. Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
6. Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups
7. Mexican Style Roasted Corn with Cotija Cheese (frozen) — technically a side dish, but trust us on this one.
