With self-isolation and the government-mandated stay-at-home order in full swing, one way to keep yourself occupied when it seems that going stir crazy is inevitable is to partake in at-home workouts or runs to stay in shape during this crazy time. Many people during this quarantine have taken to the streets of their neighborhood to go on runs and to the floors of their house to complete at-home virtual exercise classes with playlists that are not engineered to pump them up and get their blood flowing.
