Send a little love!

Letter writing has always been a favorite way of mine to keep contact with my friends and family. When my aunt lived in Florida, we were pen pals and would send monthly updates on our lives. I love the idea of writing your life out like a story and sending that back and forth with someone. In these times of social distancing, it can be frightening to think about losing touch with our friends and family. Thankfully, today’s technology keeps us together through texting, facetime, and email, but don’t forget about letter writing! It’s a great way to spend some time and even get creative by making cute cards. There are so many websites where you can print your own original stationary, or you can make it all your own and have a card-making craft day! Writing little letters to people is a simple and fun way to keep yourself busy, keep your creative gears turning, and keep in contact with the people you love. -Sam

Azo Complete Feminine Balance Daily Probiotic

I was pretty excited to try out these probiotics when we received them in our survival kit this month. I don’t know what I expected from them, but I’ve always been told that it’s important to take probiotics, so why not?

Since I started taking these Azo probiotics about 2 weeks ago, I honestly can’t say that I’ve noticed a difference in how I feel. Nevertheless, I’ll continue to take these once daily probiotic pills until I finish the container, since they certainly aren’t hurting anything.

The description of these probiotics says that they restore the balance of good bacteria and maintain healthy pH levels, so I’m sure that on a level that I may not necessarily be able to feel, these probiotics are benefitting my overall health! -Amelia
