We all have our favorite go-to Starbucks drinks for when we need that afternoon pick-me-up, study motivation, or pre-work jolt of energy, but if you are racking up 600 calories every time with a jazzed up sugar-ridden frappuccino every time- you’re doing it all wrong. Enter the MacroBarista, a former Starbucks worker turned Instagram famous drink creating genius. He has combined his passions of coffee and fitness to leave us with an entire collection of macro-friendly and delicious beverages of all kinds that will leave your basic needs utterly satisfied. He has even started branching out to drinks for Dunkin’ Donuts as well, because coffee doesn’t discriminate.

With his step-by-step instructions on how to order, and the knowledge from being a long-time barista himself, there’s no reason not to try one of these on your next coffee run! Here’s the low-down on some classics:

  1. Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew

    • At only 75 calories, this festive fall drink will have you jumping with fall joy and energy.

    • HOW TO ORDER:

      1. Ask for a GRANDE Cold Foam Cold Brew

      2. Ask for ONE PUMP OF PUMPKIN SAUCE in the Cold Foam (make sure they don’t add vanilla to the Non Fat milk)

      3. Ask for THREE (3) pumps of Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup in the cold brew

      4. OPTIONAL: Ask for a splash of Cream (or any other milk)

  2. Dragon Drink

    • 80 calories, and super simple!

    • HOW TO ORDER:

  3. Iced Caramel Macchiato

    • Only 35 calories, dairy free and 1g of sugar- this is a personal favorite of mine and it’s absolutely delicious!

    • HOW TO ORDER:

      1. Ask for a VENTI Passion Tango Iced Tea *UNSWEETENED*

      2. Ask for Strawberry Infusion (don’t have to do extra like I did)

      3. Ask for LIGHT Coconut milk

      4. Ask for a scoop of strawberries

      5. Ask for TWO (2) Stevia/Splenda or other 0 cal sweetener

  5. Iced Peppermint Mocha

    • 75 calories, and we all know the Christmas season will be here before we know it!

    • HOW TO ORDER:

      1. Ask for a GRANDE Iced Coffee or Cold Brew or Iced Decaf Americano

      2. Ask for TWO (2) pumps sugar free vanilla

      3. Ask for ONE (1) pump of Peppermint

      4. Ask for ONE (1) pumps of mocha
