There’s no denying it – social media has taken over the world. Not only has it become a main mode of communications, countless stores and brands have mobilized their products by introducing sales through Instagram. You can literally do all of your shopping while scrolling through your feed.
One of my favorite parts of this new way of shopping is all of the independent boutiques that have popped up as a result. A lot of them don’t even operate from a physical store – Instagram is their window, and their website is the store. These shops are usually really good quality and very reasonably priced, and it feels good to support small, local entrepreneurs. Over the past few years I’ve sifted through hundreds of Instagram boutiques, from clothes to jewelry to water bottles. My personal favorites are the jewelry stores, because everything is so unique. With that being said, here are five of my favorite Instagram jewelry boutiques that I think everyone should know about:
1. The Wrapped Wrist
This was one of the first jewelry companies I found on Instagram. Based in Chicago, 10% of all her profits go back to a non-profit for animals, so you can feel even better about purchasing her jewelry! She has a super wide range of products, from beaded wrap bracelets to dainty gold and silver jewelry.
2. Kelsey Paul Jewelry
One of my favorites! All of her stuff is very dainty, and mostly gold, so it’s right up my alley. She never fails to keep up with the cutest trends, and there’s honestly nothing that she’s released that I haven’t liked.
3. Cuffed by Nano
This brand is a little more established, boasting a following of 13.1K, and I. Am. Obsessed. Yet again, everything is dainty gold/silver jewelry, and a lot of it mirrors the Cartier style that has been so popular lately, but at a fraction of the cost! I have a friend who swims for her college, and said she has been swimming in her rings for over 6 months and they haven’t tarnished at all.
4. Chasm Jewelry
This brand definitely has a unique look to it, and that’s why I love it. She does a lot of chokers and really cute charm necklaces, but none of it is ever overkill. The shop has a super diverse range in products – I’m such a fan!
5. Fire & Honey Jewelry
I started following this account fairly recently, and I seriously cannot get enough. Not only are all of the jewelry designs so creative and stunning, the entire feed is so cool! There is a full range of products, from rings to necklaces to body chains, and the website is so laid out, it makes the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
I’m a big fan of supporting small, independent businesses. They usually produce really good quality product for a reasonable price, and it makes me feel good to know I am supporting someone’s passion! I highly suggest you check all of these companies out, and honestly, if you like the smaller, boutique-style stores, Instagram is your oyster!
