On February 28, 2019, the one and only Jonas Brothers announced they were releasing their first song after 5 very, very long years. The new song is called “Sucker,” and the famous brothers have released trailers and snippets of the new song. “Sucker” was released midnight on Thursday, Feb. 28. Â
The brothers are also hosting a Jonas week on The Late Late Show With James Corden, airing between Monday, March 4, and Thursday, March 7. The Jonas Brothers takeover includes interviews, sketches, songs and a “Carpool Karaoke” spotlight. Â
The main theme of their announcement was “We’re Back!” because recreations of old memes were included. Many social media users have been posting on Instagram stories emphasizing the reunion tour that we have been waiting for. This reunion will be amazing because the artists have put a lot of time and hard work into the “Sucker” single and new album.Â
“Sucker” is the Jonas Brothers’ first single since 2013. There is no information if “Sucker” is included on the new album. Their new album will be the first album since 2009’s Lines, Vines and Trying Times. The Brothers broke up in October 2013 two days before a concert based on a big disagreement over their musical directions. But we are so excited that they are back together and thriving!Â
