North West is by far the coolest kid on the planet whether she knows it or not (definitely way cooler than me). At the age of 5½, she has already attended New York Fashion Week and is now making her solo magazine cover debut for WWD Beauty Inc. Magazine. It kinda makes you wonder how a 5-year-old is more successful than you, but oh well. North is no newbie when it comes to gracing the covers of high-end magazines. In 2017, she was on Interview’s cover with her mom Kim Kardashian-West and the September cover of Harper’s Bazaar with her dad Kanye West and little brother Saint. Beauty Inc.’s cover story is all about Generation Alpha, which is the successor to Gen Z, where North West is said to be the face of this new generation. The theme of the shoot was childlike, a theme that fit North well, and was full of fun bubbles and bright colors. The shoot was so adorable that even Auntie Kendall was getting worried that North would be competition, stating on Twitter that she was “giving me a run for my money that’s for sure!”
Generation Alpha is all about the upcoming generation’s influence and possible power in the beauty industry. The children of John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Luna and Miles Stephens, and the new member of the British Royal Family are really giving North a run for her money.
If anything, North has proved that she can keep up with the Kardashians!
