It is the most wonderful time of the year… Huh!? It may not feel like it while your cramming for your final exams. The reality for us college students this is the most stressful time of the year. Well, luckily there are many playlists available that help tune out the negative thoughts while you’re trying to finish that 20 page paper due in 5 hours or study for the exam for your least favorite class. Whatever your stressful situation is there is a playlist to help you out of a final exam funk.

1. Christmas Classics by Spotify

This playlist will put you in the Christmas spirit! My personal experience with this playlist is that the songs are common holiday tunes. So they are not anything I will get distracted by since I already know the lyrics very well.

2. Christmas Peaceful Piano by Spotify

Alright maybe you cannot focus while listening to Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas”.. And who can blame you, it’s a very catchy song! I recommend this playlist for those of you who are in a holiday music mood but would like to ditch the lyrics. These instrumental tracks of classic Christmas songs are quite calming.

3. Christmas Coffeehouse by Spotify

This last playlist has a calming effect as well. Select this for your study day blues when you need a few jazzy tunes to keep your spirits up. The tempo of these songs is not super fast or super slow. This playlist is especially helpful if you’re on a roll writing a paper!
