- Â Eat! It may seem silly to forget, but when you are studying sometimes you forget to eat something. It’s very important to keep yourself well feed and quenched because it will help improve your focus when studying.
- Take naps appropriately. I say take naps appropriately because you shouldn’t take a lot of naps when you know you have a shit ton of things to do. While getting a proper amount of sleep is definitely good for you, also, getting too much sleep can be bad for you. Take your naps when you KNOW you need them.
- Study! With all this end of the semester stuff going on, sometimes you feel like “meh, it doesn’t matter if I study or not, I just want to be done,” but it’s IMPORTANT to study. Even if you are doing well in a class, or not, it’s still good for you to study, because who knows, you may pass that exam with a high score that bumps you up a grade.
-  Set time aside for yourself. With all this hustle and bustle of getting through the last few weeks of the semester, you tend to forget to set time aside for yourself. While studying is important (I mean, you do need to pass your class), taking time to oneself can have a great impact on your mental health.
