The Ultimate Fitness Week Workout Playlist

If you are anything like me, sometimes getting motivated to exercise can be harder than the workout itself. Listening to music while you workout is not only fun but is also a good distraction from the exertion you are putting on your body. With that in mind, I rounded up some of my favorite workout tracks, from fresh Pop hits to old R&B favorites. So gym gals, get ready to catch yourself humming through your jog or dancing on your elliptical with this collection of songs that are sure to keep you motivated during your workouts!

1. ‘Work Out’ J. Cole

You can’t start a workout without warming up to a song by the same name!

2. ‘Contra’ Logic

Now that you’ve warmed up, this song will get you feeling like the boss that you are! The dynamic beat and empowering lyrics always help me push my workout into full energy mode!

3. ‘Levitate’ Twenty One Pilots

This is the perfect song to keep your energy high and get your head banging!

4. ‘I Don’t Know Why’ Imagine Dragons

Now that you have increased your energy and are fully into the workout, this song will cool you down in between change of machinery or pace.

5. ‘Dance To This’ Troye Sivan (feat. Ariana Grande)

There is nothing better than a song you can dance to and listening to this angelic pop hit is the perfect way to have fun during your workout!

6. ‘Gold’ BROCKHAMPTON​

The smooth beat and fierce lyrics are a great combination to bring your energy back up as you push through.

7. ‘Crazy in Love’ Beyonce (feat. Jay-Z)

You can’t have a workout session without Queen Bey. Listening to this song halfway through your workout can keep you focused on why you’re here in the first place: to feel your best!

8. ‘Kiwi’ Harry Styles

This new age rock ballad is the ideal song to keep you moving as you continue to accelerate your workout.

9. ‘Stronger’ Kanye West

The lyrics in this hit song alone are powerful enough to keep you strong and focused as you continue your routine.

10. ‘Bibia Be Ye Ye’ Ed Sheeran

Now for a song that can help you keep your pace and is also fun to listen and bounce your shoulders to!

11. ‘Told You So’ Paramore

It is impossible to sit still while listening to this song, which makes it perfect to help you maintain your energy as you near the end of your workout!

12. ‘Nostalgia’ MØ

MØ’s angelic voice chanting “I know you’re hurting” as you are painfully pushing through the end of your exercises is somehow just so fitting.

13. ‘Eastside’ Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid

The combination of amazing talent on this song is reason enough why it should be included on this list, but besides that, the serene beat can help you make it through to the end of your workout.

14. ‘No Limit’ G-Eazy (feat. A$AP Rocky & Cardi B)

Now for a slight turn, this rap banger with a bass-heavy beat is the perfect song to help you power through. Also, you can’t workout without bumping a little bit of Cardi B! 

15. ‘Final Song’ MØ

As you cool down and bring your workout to a finish, you can end strong with this “Final Song”!
