I’m currently in graduate school but prior to that I worked as an Adult Community Case Manager for adults with intellectual disabilities
How did you find your current job?
I found that job simply googling disability services in my area
What was the process you went through to land your job?
I started by applying for a lower position but I had a really good resume and interview so I was offered a case management position and decided to take the risk even though I was a little unsure.
What is one tip you would give to college students going into their first interview?
Be confident, speak up, ask at least one question, but more is better!
If you could tell your college self one thing, what would it be?
Enjoy your time and cherish the experience.
