This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at JHU chapter.

As I’m sure you’ve realized by now, I love my vegetables.  Kale chips are another one that tastes super good and helps get you your nutrients for the day!

  1. I get a bundle of kale, thoroughly wash it, tear it off of the stems and into bite size pieces.

  2. I preheat my oven to 350 degrees

  3. I pour a bit of balsamic over my kale and stick in the oven until the edges are brown, usually about 12 minutes.

Super easy, super yummy! They’re nice and crispy and one of my favorite snacks/part of a meal.
