What do you like most about being President of the French club? Learning about different cultures and being able to lead a group of people who share the same interests as me. ​How long have you been apart of the French club? I’ve been involved with the French Club for about a year.Â
What activities do you have planned for the semester? We are planning to host high school French students to show them about the French and the world culture department at Winthrop. We will also be doing a crepe sale on Scholars sometime in April. We’re also currently planning a cultural event for next semester as well as more fundraisers. There are lots of exciting things coming soon. Stay tuned!Â
What do you want people to know about French Club? French club is not only for those who are fluent in French. French club is about learning about other cultures. We have open meetings where each time someone new talks about a french related topic of their choice. It’s very relaxed and we have free food!Â
