5 Ways to Prepare for the Spring Semester

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Maine chapter.

1. GET ORGANIZED

This sounds like an obvious plan, right? Everyone wants to be organized. But you need an organization plan that works for you and works long time not just the first two weeks. Try using a planner or maybe a calendar in your room to keep you on track.

2. HAVE A PLAN

Have time set aside for the things you want to do every day. Going to the gym, a club meeting or even a bit of Netflix. Whatever it is set some time aside everyday so you’re not going crazy by just doing homework.

3. READ THE SYLLABUS

In most of your classes, professors will just go over the basics of what is expected of the class. Be sure to read your classes’ syllabi so you know exact what is expected.

4. Treat Yo Self every once and a while

Semesters are rough. College can be rough. once and a while you’ll need a pick me up. So, TREAT YO SELF

5. Breathe

New Semester. It’ll be stressful and exciting and hopefully packed with knowledge. So just take a deep breath. And remember your dreams wont work unless you do.
