1. The stage where it finally hits you.
Â
You were kind of unprepared with how close together all of your finals are.
Â
2. The stage where you need holiday cheer.
Â
Christmas is LITERALLY RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER AND YOU CAN’T TAKE MORE TIME TO CELEBRATE BECAUSE YOU’RE STUDYING. Like who invented this system?
Â
3. The stage where you need food to survive.
Â
Your diet consists of coffee… and coffee. And more coffee. Actually, you might have a pot brewing right now.
Â
Just kidding. You actually eat everything in your apartment or dorm room.
Â
4. The stage where you realize you don’t have to impress anyone, because we’re all in the same boat.
Â
You finally have a reasonable excuse to show up to class in pajamas (mental high five, right?).
Â
5. The stage where you need to study 24/7.
Â
When you look up things on wikipedia… and get sucked into a research blackhole and end up reading something completely unrelated to what you actually need to study.
Â
When you make a study group with your friends, but it’s actually just an unproductive hang out sessions. And you end up not getting anything done.
Â
More unproductive studying occurs at home.
Â
6. The stage where you’ve come to terms with your finals.
Â
But really… we’re all panicking.
Â
7. The stage where you have to take the final.
Â
And there’s definitely some information on there that you definitely did not study.
Â
8. The stage where you realize this is only fall semester.
Â
But in reality, you have a few more years left. And if you’re a senior graduating, you know that master’s degree is right around the corner after graduation.
