I don’t know how it is humanly possible not to drink coffee every day. There is a lot caffeine, not the amount of sugars and chemicals like soda, and it just taste great with a nice bowl of cereal. I believe the world would be a better place if we all drank a nice cup of coffee to start our day.

Full of Iron and other great vitamins, it is hard to ignore it. It goes great on sandwiches, in eggs, and even to stand alone. Throw some dressing on it if you must or just eat it out of the bag like potato chips.

Great way to fill up and add protein to your meals. Mix it into juice and let sit for thirty minutes or add it into oatmeal or smoothies. There are many ways to go.
5. Green Tea
Filled with vitamins help the human body, one can never go wrong with green tea. There is caffeine for a good mid-day boast and something nice to take a break with while curled in the chair reading a book.
6. Water
We could all be drinking more water. Water keeps our body going, working through everything. It is proven that a cup of water after waking up can start your body better than a cup of coffee. So, drink up. Pro tip: drink water while you study. Your breaks can be a trip to the restroom and to fill your water bottle. No weight gain of eating snacks while studying but, all the concentration.
