As a busy college student, there are a few products that I find to be completely essential to staying sane. I’ve organized these products into two categories – on the go and treat yourself. So let’s get into the products!
On the Go
With the combination of classes, extracurricular activities, and everything else I do, I like to keep a few things in my backpack at all times so that I can freshen up as needed. One thing that’s crucial to have when you’ve meal prepped something with garlic is a Steripod toothbrush holder. I like to keep this with some toothpaste just in case I need to battle some bad breath!
I also love to have some Bed Head Dirty Secret dry shampoo in my bag. This is a great, long-lasting dry shampoo that’s perfect if you need to go to class right after a work out and don’t have time to shower. I also love how it’s travel sized so it doesn’t take up too much room!
Another essential of mine since I’m always blinded by the sun when I’m walking to class are my Aeropostale sunglasses. I love how they have UV protection and the grey tortoise shell design is so adorable.
The only way I can stay organized this semester is by using my Erin Condren Life Planner. This planner is unique because it’s super colorful, and there’s plenty of room on the pages to keep track of all my assignments and appointments. Plus, it’s small enough to fit into any bag I have with me for the day!
Treat Yourself
A classic item that I always keep on hand when I want to treat myself are the Freeman Feeling Beautiful face masks. I especially love the Manuka honey and tea tree oil one because it really opened up my pores and cut down on the oil on my face.
After I’ve treated my skin to a face mask, I like to make it look like I’ve been to the beach with the L’Oreal Paris self tanning towelettes. These are super easy to apply all over my skin and I love how the color is not too intense so I don’t end up looking orange.
I’m very picky about what kind of hairspray I use so when I say that I’m obsessed with the Bed Head Masterpiece Shine Hairspray, I mean it. This hairspray gives my hair a ton of hold and leaves it looking shiny and frizz-free. It also has a nice smell that compliments my perfume.
While I’m getting ready and treating myself to a makeover I love to snack on Hi-Chew candies and Spindrift sparkling water. The Hi-Chew candies are super flavorful and chewy, and I love how Spindrift only uses sparkling water and real fruit in their products. My personal favorite flavor is raspberry lime.
So there you have it! These are my favorite products to use when I’m on the go and when I need a quick pick me up to get me through the week.
