What makes you most passionate about writing? Writing has always been my go-to creative outlet. I grew a passion for it when I noticed that it helped make sense of my thoughts and understand myself better, without even trying. Â Â

What’s your favorite Her Campus memory?
I think my favorite Her Campus memory would have to be the meeting Destinye and I had to BORROW the library’s paper cutter (without anyone noticing) after spending what seemed like forever trying to figure out how to work it. At one point, I remember Destinye grabbing it off of the table and speed walking away from me while I was sprinting behind her calling out her name and then finally she dramatically turned around and said “WHAT! I AM SCARED!” I swear I laughed for hours. Â
Â
What are you most looking forward to this semester? Or the year? I am looking forward to seeing this chapter grow in all aspects and seeing what all those people create through this inspired outlet.

If you had to pick a favorite quote, what is it and why? “At the end, only three things matter, how much you loved, how gently you lived and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you. – Buddha,” because this quote puts into me into perspective on my bad days. Â
Â
What’s something not many people know about you? I understand four different languages.Â
Â
Who was your role model growing up? My family <3 All of them had different contributions but they all make me who I am.
Â
What is your favorite article you’ve written for HC UTSA? Letter to myself: 2017, because I use it as a reminder every day. Â
What’s your Hogwarts House? How do you see those traits play out in your everyday actions?
Gryffindor, duh. I am a very honest and genuine person and on my best days I am also very patient.
