In 2016, Casper Libero experienced a truly political act in terms of putting their voice out and participating of the university subjects. The students stood forward to be heard about the readjusts that tuition fees were about to suffer.
From this, emerged the idea of creating a new representative group for the coming elections of Vladimir Herzog Academic Center. In the condition of a single candidate, they fought for the casperians’ votes, and won with the ideal of proliferating voices, projects and to build a better student environment.
