After over a year of going completely off the grid, Ed Sheeran returned with arguably one of the best albums in the past decade (and no, we’re not being biased because he’s our favorite). Each song causes a whirlwind of emotions, so here’s a list of our initial reactions!
When “Eraser” started and you couldn’t contain your excitement…
Then “Castle on the Hill” came next and you started singing it like you haven’t been listening to it every day for over a month…
When you started listening to the lyrics in “Dive”…
And “Shape of You” makes you just as excited as it did when you first heard it…
But then “Perfect” reminded you of how single you are…
Then “Galway Girl” made you want to do a happy Irish jig…
Andddd then the lyrics in “Happier” made you want to cry…
You looked like this while listening to “New Man”…
“Hearts Don’t Break Around Here” made you want someone to write a song like that for you
Listening to “What Do I Know?” like OK, you do you, Ed!
And “How Would You Feel” was another love song with sappy, happy lyrics that make you fall in love with Ed all over again
You were inconsolable during “Supermarket Flowers”…
But “Barcelona” made your mood do a complete 180…
And ”Bibia Be Ye Ye” made you want to dance on a beach with a drink in your hand…
“Nancy Mulligan” brought you back to your Irish roots again…
Then Ed ended with “Save Myself,” which you just couldn’t even deal with…
Simply put, Ed Sheeran, you are an amazing human.
