In today’s society many people struggle with mental health conditions. High levels of stress or anxiety can be common. Especially with college students. College students face lots of challenges and pressures that can cause them to feel overwhelmed or anxious. This can lead to feelings of anxiety. Don’t worry if you have felt this way, you are not alone! Many students face these feelings at some point throughout their higher education experience. Here are five all natural cures, that are easily accessible for college students, for when these feelings come up-no doctor needed.

Holy Basil

Holy Basil is an excellent herb for stress-relief. Holy Basil is valued for its ability to alleviate stress, improve mood, and promote relaxation in modern herbal practices. It works as a nervine, calming the mind while also increasing brain circulation. This may also help reduce “cloudy thinking” As a bonus, this could also improve overall mental clarity and focus.

Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm is a citrus-scented member of the mint family. The health benefits of lemon balm can be found noted in many ancient texts and early works on herbal medicine.
