Midterm Stress Relief, From: My Dog

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UWindsor chapter.

1)      Get as much rest as you can – wherever and whenever possible

Pulling an all-nighter is common during midterms, but make sure you take as much time to rest as you can afford!

2)      Stay positive

Study hard and think about how far you’ve come – you can do this!

3)      Take a break

If you’ve been studying for so long that you can’t focus any more, take a break. Go for a walk, grab a snack, do anything for a few minutes that will improve your mood.

4)      Spend time with friends

You’ll get overwhelmed fast if all you do is work. Spend some time with friends between work periods. Study groups can also be a good idea!

5)      Vent to people you trust

We’re all in this together! Don’t bottle up anxieties and frustrations. Talk to people you trust; they might be able to help.
