Stress? What stress? Here are 5 effective ways to combat even the most stressful days…
1. Take much needed breaks
As someone who gets distracted by something as simple as a blank white board, I am here to tell you it is best to set goals when it comes to conquering a multitude of tasks. Try taking a break after working for 30 minutes or after finishing 10 pages. Take it from Spongebob, he knows what he is doing.

2. Explore Campus
When in doubt explore the world around you. This may be the trails around campus or simply your favorite swing on campus. Plus, fresh air! Who doesn’t love oxygen?

3. NAP
I know this may be difficult to practice and may cause some anxiety, but I cannot stress enough the importance of letting your body rejuvenate. A simple 20-45 minute nap will make a tremendous difference. There is no doubt you will wake up refreshed and ready to conquer the world.

4. Watch baby animal videos
Baby Animals = Life and Life = Baby Animals. Do I even need to say more? (Recommendations: Too Cute! and Nature: Animal Odd Couples)

5. Treat yo’ self
Take time out of your life for you. Take yourself on a date. Get your nails done. Shop. Read. Drink Tea. Dance. Do what your body needs. Yoga maybe? Personally, I enjoy Bikrim yoga. At the end of the day you do not necessarily be active. If you’re like me, always on the go, sitting around and doing absolutely nothing can be the greatest feeling in the world.

And last but not least, don’t forget we’re in this together.
