Quick December Full Body Workout

The month of December brings many wonderful things like snow, hot chocolate, Christmas music, and finals.  Wait, finals? That is definitely NOT a wonderful aspect of this nearly perfect month. It’s very difficult to continue to workout and stay in shape when you’re stuck at the library studying all day and night. No worries though, Her Campus Utah has your back! We’re bringing you a super quick and simple full body workout that you can do literally anywhere! Your brain deserves a few minutes here and there to relax and focus on completing a simple task. This workout would be most beneficial to complete in three separate intervals throughout your day.

Repeat three times:

25 push ups

30 crunches

50-second wall sits

10 tricep dips

15 squats

45-second plank

20 lunges each side
