7 Athleisure Pieces to Add to Your Wish List

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UNL chapter.

Some days (or weeks) jeans just seem like too much of a hassle to put on. Especially if it’s your time of the month, you’re sore from working out, or you’re running on four hours of sleep and can’t even function enough to put together a real outfit. That’s where everyone’s new BFF, athleisure, comes in. After all, it’s 2016. Your style doesn’t have to be off your game when you just want to feel comfortable for a day. I’ve rounded up seven of the best pieces from this season to add to your athleisure collection.

1. Logo Sleeve Cropped Hoodie by Ivy Park

Beyonce + totally stylish oversized cropped hoodies? Praise. Add a pair of joggers or high-waisted leggings are you are set.

2. ‘Supergirl’ Track Pants by Adidas Originals

Track pants are no longer what you remember wearing in middle school. This pair from Adidas Originals is completely updated. I’ve never seen a more chic pair of track pants.

3. ‘Supergirl’ Track Jacket by Adidas Originals

If you want to kill the athleisure game, pair your track pants with the matching jacket. This jacket would even look fab with a pair of ripped jeans. Versatile and trendy.

4. ‘Modern Funnel’ Fleece Pullover by Nike

.

This sweatshirt tunic is the next best thing to wearing a blanket out of the house, and your neck will stay toasty warm when the winter wind shows up. This pullover comes in the basic gray and black, but it is also available in a burgundy and turquoise. If you’re anything like me, your closet could probably use some color

5. Wool Swing Skirt by adidas Originals

Alright, adidas officially takes the cake for having some of the best athleisure ever. Skirts are often more comfortable than pants anyhow, so why not incorporate them into your sport-inspired attire? Pair this skirt with a simple tee and some sneakers. Instant chic.

6. Superstar Shoes by adidas

Back at it again with the adidas – but come on. These shoes can take even the most basic leggings and tee to a trendy athleisure outfit in one minute.

7. Moto Legging by Alo

A fave of the Jenner girls’, these Alo leggings are cute enough to be worn with a bomber jacket during the day but can easily take you to your workout later that night. But, these are almost too cute to workout in. Plus, it comes in eleven different colors! I love this evergreen shade.

Athleisure is a trend that has evolved into a way of life; I think we are all okay with that. Now start making that wish list.
