College is basically just four years of conflict with some credit hours on the side. This is where we decide what kind of people we want to be after graduation, find our lifelong friends, and realize what is holding us back. Here are a couple things to keep in mind over the next four years.
- There will always be people who have more fun than you.
And chances are they won’t be back next year.Â
2. It’s okay to not have a plan.
Not everyone is destined to become a reality TV star.Â
3. Don’t let other people make your life more complicated.
I’m sure there are plenty of other things to focus on.Â
4. Say yes to caffeine.Â
   It’s life saving.Â
5. It’s okay to stress over midterms, assignments, and everything in between.
We get it, college is hard.Â
6. You don’t have to go out every weekend.Â
You’ll have four years to party.Â
7. Public Transportation is FREE!
   At least with your uNID
8. Not everything is as difficult as you make it out to be.Â
Sometimes you just have to smile and get over it.Â
9. You don’t have to care what other people think.Â
Sometimes harder than it sounds, but in the ends makes for less stress.Â
10. Don’t let anyone take advantage of you.Â
Especially if it’s your sister.Â
It really is that easy and we can get through it together.Â
