11 Ways “Parks and Rec” Sums up the End of the Semester

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Bryant chapter.

With Spring Weekend, finals, and summer vacation quickly approaching, it can only mean one thing: the end of the semester. Some of us are ending our last semester at Bryant, while others have just completed our first year, and many of us are somewhere in between. No matter what, the end of the semester is full of mixed emotions.

Finals: the end of our sanity.

But Spring Weekend is finally here!

Packing up our dorm rooms is our worst nightmare.

We finally get to relax and not worry about papers, projects and group meetings.

On the one hand, SUMMER!

On the other hand, we have to say goodbye to our friends for what seems like a ridiculously long amount of time.

Being an adult? Internships? We’d rather not.

Fun summer activities are on the way though, which is a huge plus.

We get to see all our friends from home who we miss so much.

We finally get to break out our cute spring and summer clothes (and buy some more because you can never have too many sandals, obviously).

Plus, nothing can beat a good summer day.

At the end of the day, being done with spring semester at Bryant may not be the best part of the year, but it definitely has its perks!
