As I’ve grown over the years I’ve realized those girls that seem “perfect” don’t have it all together all the time. However, I’ve also learned that staying a hot mess forever is less and less acceptable the older you get.
I always wonder how other college students function without a planner and a thousand alarms on their phone. These things save my life because I’m still lazy- but I like to be productive. Here are a few signs that you’re a lazy person with a busy schedule.Â
1. You can get ready in 10 minutes or less.
2. If you have 30 minutes to spare in your day, you’ll take a power nap.
3. Your planner is intimidating.
4. But your planner is also your best friend.
5. You’re too tired to care about friend/relationship drama.
6. You’ll respond to that text eventually.
7. Maybe not.
8. You embrace your natural hair.
9. You join clubs just to spice up your resume.
10. You’ve had a protein bar for dinner.
11. That’s an upgrade from crackers.
12. Casual Friday is the best day.
13. When you first wake up you scroll through social media for 20 minutes before you do anything.
14. Dry shampoo is your friend.
15. Once you lay in bed, you’re staying in for the rest of the night.
16. All you think about is your next meal.
17. You wonder why no one is lining up to congratulate you when you get to the gym.
18. You’re a professional at “study smart, not hard,”
19. There’s some show on Netflix you can’t stop watching.
20. You hardly cook.
21. Cereal is cooking right?
22. You always look ready to workout.
23. Which is very ironic.
24. Homework/studying is painful, but bad grades are not an option.
25. Study group session is at your place.
26. Your friends don’t bother asking if you want to go out on a weeknight.
27. You’ve been called grandma/grandpa.
28. Reading this list is getting a little exhausting.Â
29. “I like long walks to the fridge” is in your Instagram bio.
30. You’ve been told “I can’t believe you finished that assignment on time,” but you’re a pro-procrastinator.Â
