Believe it or not colliegettes, Spring Break season is already upon us. While some of us will spend the week sitting home on the couch indulging in real food (thanks mom & dad), the rest of us will be having the best time of our lives being as reckless as possible and soaking up some serious Vitamin D. If you are one of the lucky ones, there are probably a million other things you need to think about before you hop on that flight, but I’m here to remind you that a sick body doesn’t have to be number one.
I can’t say that my inspiration for this list is not directly related to my envy towards the Cancun bound, but honestly, there are so many things better than a Spring Break bod…
1. Not having to wear a sports bra
2. Eating peanut butter straight from the jar
3. Staying horizontal for longer than 12 hours
4. A wine night with your gal pals
5. Ordering an entire pizza for yourself
6. Happiness
7. Watching Netflix for 6 hours straight
8. Cancelling your gym membership and going shopping instead
9. Not having to do laundry because you have no dirty gym clothes
10. Getting a margarita (or three) after a long day of class
11. Carbs, sweets, salt…
12. Following fitness accounts on insta and pretending that helps
13. Sleep
14. Devouring a cheeseburger
15. Anything that doesn’t include running
16. Staying out late because you don’t have a barre class at 9AM
17. Beer
18. The memories you’ll make regardless of your 6-pack
