Non-ice cream – ice cream bars!
A healthy alternative to a Klondike. Here’s what you do:
1. Buy chocolate graham crackers, bananas and strawberries.
2. Slice and freeze the bananas.
3. Mash the frozen bananas and spread in a pan. Mix in cut strawberries. Freeze again.
4. Cut the banana spread into squares and sandwich them between graham crackers!
So easy, so yummy, so healthy!
