Ahh, winter. The season where all you want to do is bundle up and stay under the covers. The season where sleep and warmth sounds so much better than shoveling and blizzards. This is most definitely the laziest time of the year for us ladies. But what about us senior ladies?
If it’s your senior year, here are 10 signs you may be suffering from senioritis.
1. You don’t want to get out of bed in the morning and napping is your new hobby
It’s so cold outside, and all you want to do is Netflix and chill or sleep the day away.
2. That homework that was due yesterday can wait another day, obviously
Who does homework these days, anyway? It doesn’t even count, right?
3. You have three papers due next week and haven’t started any of them
You are such a good procrastinator. You can totally write all three the night before, right?
4. You consistently arrive to class 5-10 minutes late
Who even takes attendance?
5. Your friends are going out Friday night, and you’d rather stay in
Because getting dolled up is exhausting, and you need to re-watch Grey’s Anatomy.
6. Your workout buddy hasn’t seen you around the gym in a few weeks
Exercise is so overrated, and you really don’t have time for it. But good for her for staying motivated!
7. You feel like your internship is your actual job, and you don’t understand why you have to do work outside of it
You are an actual professional now. Professionals don’t do homework.
8. When freshmen girls roll into college parties you roll your eyes
Why are they even putting in effort for those lame underclassmen boys? You’ll just be over here in your sweat pants and t-shirt.
9. You can’t even with dating right now
Who even has time to find a boyfriend when graduation is right around the corner?
10. You feel as if you are experiencing a constant state of impending doom.
An existential crisis is in motion. In less than four months you will be an independent woman with a real job and bills to pay
Adulthood is super scary and you never know what you’ll end up doing. But at least we are all living in fear together.
