New Year’s resolutions are right around the corner. Make sure to put these items on your wish list, if you are looking to live a healthier life in 2016!

  1. Reusable water bottle – There’s many to choose from, you really can’t go wrong.

  2. Tupperware containers – Cooking is a great way to ensure you are eating a balance diet. Tupperware containers are also awesome for saving leftovers, and your wallet!

  3. Lunch box – Packing lunch will cut down on the money you’re spending at restaurants, and gives you more control over what you eat during the day.

  4. Blender – For smoothies…or the occasional milkshake.

  5. A cute mug and green tea – Green tea has many health benefits and also helps curb late-night cravings.
