Campus Celebrity: Amanda Tallon

If you have ever walked around campus and heard a loud burst of uncontrollable laughter then you have been in the presence of the lovely Amanda Tallon. This week’s campus celebrity is a jersey girl who sips on sweet Dunkin Donuts coffee and purchases way too many bags of Boom Chicka Pop from the Pod. Here is everything you need to know about this vivacious chemistry major: 

HC : Where are you from?

AT: Matawan, NJ

HC: What year are you?

AT: Sophmore

HC: What is your major?

AT: Chemistry

HC: What is your favorite thing about SJU?

AT: Late nights with my roommates. 

HC: What are you involved in?

AT: I am a sister of Phi Sigma Sigma, a member of the Sigma Zeta Honor Society, a Relay for Life committee member, and I am in club running,

HC: Where is your favorite place to visit?

AT: France. It was the first time I went to Europe, which was pretty cool.  They also have really great food and fashion sense over there. 

HC: Snapchat or Instagram?

AT: I would say snapchat, but all my friends screenshot my photos and use them against me.

HC: Whats the most interesting thing you have ever done?

AT: Zip lining in Florida and jet skiing in the Bahamas.

HC: What is your favorite food?

AT: Pizza 110%! And ice cream.

HC: Starbucks or Dunkin?

AT: Dunkin, come on! I only go to starbucks when I have DB.

HC: Who is your biggest role model?

AT: I look up to my parents and older sisters because they are all hardworking and outgoing individuals who are fun to be around.

HC: What is your favorite holiday?

AT: Christmas!

HC: What is your favorite part about this holiday?

AT: I love screaming Christmas songs because my friends get mad at me since I start singing them before Thanksgiving.

HC: Do you like to cook?

AT: No, I like to eat. But I like it when other people cook for me. *bursts into laughter*
