Party trick: Rapping Juicy at every party I go to and dancing like Drake in Hotline Bling.
Guilty Pleasure Music: The emo/punkish music from middle school. I’ll still rock out when no one’s looking.
Guilty Pleasure Food: I really enjoy pickles…even drink the pickle juice.
Guilty Pleasure Hobby/Interest: Social media creeping. Also, monthly Goodwill trips and raiding my grandma’s closet.
Her Campus Illinois State: What has been your favorite memory so far at ISU?
Aliyah Moskus: Meeting my two best friends because I feel like they’re going to be my bridesmaids some day.
HC ISU: What has been your motivation to get you through the hard times of academics?
AM: Knowing that I’m going to be a rock-star teacher. I’ve been struggling with self motivation lately, so I’ve been treating myself to Goodwill trips whenever I accomplish something. #treatyoself
HC ISU: What advice would you give to next year’s seniors?
AM: Do as much as you can. Sometimes when you think, “I have so much to do, I can’t go out” – just go out! Once you graduate, you don’t really get the chance to do that.
HC ISU: What are your plans post-graduation?
AM: I plan on moving out of Illinois, I don’t like being cold. I don’t thrive in the winter. Also, I plan on teaching middle school. Oh! And I want a Jeep really bad once I get a big girl job.
HC ISU: What was your most embarrassing moment?
AM: One time, I was jumping into the pool with this one guy I really liked. This other girl who liked him got mad and un-tied my top in front of basically my entire freshmen class.
